Your eyes have three ways of controlling

Your eyes have three ways of controllinghow light comes in: 

1- Eyelids: By opening and shutting your eyes to control the amount of light coming in.

2- Pupils: By dilating the aperture it controls the amount of light coming in.

3- Retina: The retina is the innermost, light-sensitive layer of tissue of the eye.  It is the part of the eye that, like a camera, transfers the image viewed to the brain through the nerves, then the brain interprets and records this image.  Most of the dopamine that your body creates is generated by the light coming in through your eyes by the retina. 

Dopamine is the body's “happy” drug (chemical), and a big part of how much of this you make is directly related to your sight, by how much sunlight passes through the eyes. The primary source of “Vitamin D” is sunlight. “Vitamin D” is not a vitamin, it is a hormone. Sunshine will produce 15% of vitamin D through our skin, and 85% through our eyes. The eyes need only to be in the presence of the sunshine, not looking directly at the sun. Even while lying on the beach with eyes closed, the “U.V” (ultraviolet) rays  from the sun can pass through and create this vitamin D production. 

I know, you are thinking....”What? U.V.? But that causes cancer!?”

No. This is another lie we have been told for two generations by the medical profession. The one thing that gives us life on this planet is now trying to kill us? How many animals do you know that are in the sun every day and have skin cancer? That's right, zero. If you create skin cancer on your body, it is from what is happening from toxicity on the inside of your body that makes you sensitive to the sun. If it were the Sun's fault, every person would have skin cancer from being in the sun. There are cultures that spend everyday in the sun with no ill effects. 

We have been wearing sunglasses that block “U.V. “ rays for two generations now, even putting them on our babies and like magic....world wide epidemic of an absence of vitamin D in our bodies. Also, prescription eye glasses with glass lens block a minimum of 80% of the positive effects from sunlight, while plastic lens block only up to 15% of healthy sunlight. Just as a side note, this does not mean that you do not wear sunglasses while driving with the sun in your eyes, use common sense, be intelligent.

There are sunglasses that do not block the ultraviolet rays, they are hard to find but do exist. “U.V.” (ultra-violet) rays are necessary for our survival. This is the same with many things the “powers that be” have brainwashed us into believing, and it is probably the primary motivating force that has moved me to begin writing again, so ….thanks.  

Other examples we are force-fed often are, bacteria being bad and CO2 being a poison to the planet. If we removed all the bacteria on the planet, all life would be dead in less than 24 hours. All life originally came from bacteria. Understand, there are both useful and destructive bacteria. As for CO2, this is the food of all plants. It is CO (carbon monoxide) that is poisonous and kills all life. We depend on plants for our human existence. Plants consume CO2 and release O2 (oxygen), humans and many other creatures consume O2 and release CO2, it is a cycle that we share on this planet that of course maintains our existence. This is something we were all taught in grade school. How is it that we have forgotten basic science? There are many other logical scientific facts that have become “adulterated” over the years that will be clarified, corrected and presented in future articles.  Billions of dollars are spent on vitamin D supplements and treatments in the world every year.  Business as usual. 

Vitamin D is one of the primary defenses for our immune systems to fight viral and bacterial infections. 

As mentioned in my nutritional articles, any source of vitamin D that is produced in a laboratory, processed as a supplement, or given as a fish oil that is not “cold pressed”....will be dead and useless in nourishing the body. If any nutrient is not alive with enzyme activity, I don't care how much it costs or who said it is good for you...it is dead and of no value whatsoever. It may “stimulate” you due to it now being a “drug/poison” due to the concentration of the product and your body is trying desperately to eliminate it from your body like any drug, alcohol, sugar or caffeine. This gets the heart pumping to remove the toxic as fast as possible. 

At this moment, all around you are a lot of scary things. This makes your endocrine glands, your hormones, especially your adrenal glands... stay in a “fight or flight” panic and in some cases to a point of shock from the fear. This “trembling” from this stress makes you burn billions more calories than what is normal in day to day life. Your body can do this only for so long before it has “burn-out”. No more energy. This information is designed to help keep such things from happening. Read and re-read often so that it registers and becomes a part of your knowledge base.

We have moved from the “awakening” state to the “woke” state. The “awakening” state of mind is a learning/growing frame of mind. The opening of the adrenal glands to awakening us to the point of action in the “fight or flight” state has been suppressed with this idea of being “woke”. We have been trained to ignore this “awakening” mind state by putting it on “pause”, hit the “snooze” button over and over again until we become zombies. We become desensitized, go with the “woke” flow. We have went from the “awakening” which is in the present tense (active) to being “woke” which is past tense and means, “okay there is nothing more to do, I have it all” so…..back to sleep. We have been taught to think that by being “woke”, we don't need to know anything else or don't need to question anything. Common sense and logic is erased. The media is trying to make you believe you do not need to be awakened because you are already “woke”. This is to keep you from moving forward and evolving. 

Now, back to clear vision. This ability to see clearly, figuratively and literally, is the function of the retinas of your eyes. This ability to see clearly all energy and the good in all things is compassion. To see what is good and what needs to be helped, cleaned or “cleared”. There are those that have eyes that are so dark, pupils so dilated due to various means, that they are “blinded by the light” because they are not relaxed enough to allow the light to come in and make the dopamine....which makes them feel happy. 

People are afraid to admit they are wrong because it has a cost, it's expensive. It drains their battery/energy to admit they are wrong and society shames this weakness of having a smaller ego. They are rewarded for having “less” than others. It is like they are worthy if they are worthless, empty. Once in this state, they can be controlled...saved. There is a difference in receiving help to be a better person and the need to be saved because of being empty due to suppression. This is what creates cults and dependence on external things. It is also the source of co-dependence in relationships. 

There is nothing wrong with having pride and ego. They are both internal feelings. Reputation has become the only thing that matters and it is an external feeling. Being humble is something that is called on you by others externally creating a public humiliation in order for you to be of value. It is like we are competing for attention by being weaker, lower class. This is not to be confused with being compassionate, being available to help.

Are you refusing what life is giving you? Trust that life gives you what you can handle and what you need in the moment! Why would life give anyone, anything that they would have to throw to the side? What a waste of energy that would be. Do you really think that life, this world, has gotten this far in history from doing such stupid things?
